Plans change, we know this, and the events over the last year have brought new challenges for all of us. But we also know how important it is to be able to make plans and have something to look forward to.
Here at Mr & Mrs Egypt, we have introduced policies that give you the confidence to book your dream tour with the reassurance that you can change your plans if necessary. We’re here to create incredible itineraries in Egypt, but we’re also on hand to make any alterations that might be required if your original tour can’t go ahead. Our aim is to provide you with peace of mind and the highest levels of flexibility available to us. So if, for example, your dates change, or you need to amend the type of holiday, hotel, or any other element of your holiday, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
You’ll find our standard policies below, however, there may be times when we can be flexible with these policies so if something unexpected happens, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your changes.

For applicable passport and visa requirements, you should consult the relevant embassy or consulate for information. Such requirements may change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for up-to-date information before making a booking and before your departure. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability. For your own protection, you should obtain confirmation in writing that a special request will be complied with (where it is possible to give this) where it is important to you.
