Terms and Conditions

1. Looking after your money

Whether it’s your health, your peace of mind, or your money, here at Mr & Mrs Egypt we go to great lengths to look after everyone who travels with us. These Terms & Conditions outline all the measures we take to keep you safe on your travels through Egypt. That said, if you have any questions whatsoever, we will be happy to help, so please feel free to get in touch.

All payments when booking a tour with Mr & Mrs Egypt are made through Checkfront, and the payment system, Stripe. Both of these global third-party platforms offer customers as much protection as possible. We chose these platforms because we take security and peace of mind very seriously.

Plans change, we know this, and the events over the last year have brought new challenges for all of us. But we also know how important it is to be able to make plans and have something to look forward to.

Here at Mr & Mrs Egypt, we have introduced policies that give you the confidence to book your dream tour with the reassurance that you can change your plans if necessary. We’re here to create incredible itineraries in Egypt, but we’re also on hand to make any alterations that might be required if your original tour can’t go ahead. Our aim is to provide you with peace of mind and the highest levels of flexibility available to us. So if, for example, your dates change, or you need to amend the type of holiday, hotel, or any other element of your holiday, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

You’ll find our standard policies below, however, there may be times when we can be flexible with these policies so if something unexpected happens, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your changes.
